While dealing with a matter, something glaring struck me.
Real estate Regulation Act (RERA) has it’s own code for execution in the form of rules and leans on Revenue Recovery Act then why not Arbitration? A code which could bolster FDI and improve the success rate of Arbitration at an exponential rate.
This seems elementary but wondering what could be so challenging to bring this into operation! Reluctance or complacence? Both seem alarming. What’s the missing piece?
