One court : “we strictly go by the law, there is no scope for any consideration on moral grounds”.
Another court : “ you may have made out a good case on law but on moral considerations, we have to disagree”.
Third court: “the party you are representing was not successful in a different (unconnected) case and so….,”
Arbitration: “on equity , we cannot agree with you”.
