A Junior at the Bar had this to ask me: “Sir how do “you” ensure you are heard in court?”.
Me with all sincerity :” Be honest, maintain integrity but never give up on your dignity. Most importantly maintain the decorum in court”.
Junior: “Sir but I am asking you this as I just saw you being at the receiving end when all you were only trying to do is to state your case and you were not allowed to even talk. So I was not talking about me but talking about you!”🫣
